Purchasing & Returns

Purchasing Jewelry From Dianne’s Website

You may purchase any of the items from our online catalog one of two ways. At the bottom of each catalog item is a “Reserve this Item” form which allows you to reserve the item until someone from our store contacts you directly (usually within 24 hours) to answer any questions you may have, and/or arrange for payment.

Alternatively, you can call us directly and speak to one of our friendly staff at 888-346-7525. Please note that we are happy to answer questions and you are under no obligation to purchase the jewelry until you are good and ready!

Layaway!

Dianne’s offers our customers an interest free layaway program for up to twelve months. Our terms are very straight forward. We require a minimum down payment of ten percent of the purchase price, including taxes, followed by twelve equal monthly payments on the balance. We can arrange to auto charge your credit card, and you can always pay it off early if you like. We are happy to size and/or ship the jewelry as soon as it is paid in full.

When you place a piece on layaway, we will ship you an invoice with all the specific information about the jewelry and a receipt for your deposit. Every time you make a payment you will receive a receipt and your new balance. Payments can be sent to us by mail, or called in by phone using a credit card.

The fine print: Layaway purchases should be chosen just as carefully as items purchased out-the-door. If after completing your layaway, you choose to return the merchandise within the 10-day return period, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns

We know that buying jewelry sight unseen can be difficult. What looks great in a photo, may not look the same on your hand. Because of this we offer a special return policy for our internet customers who cannot make it into our stores to shop. Please note that items purchased at our retail locations are subject to a stricter return policy which does not include refunds.

  • Any item purchased via our website is subject to a 10-Day Return Policy. You may return any item within 10 days of receiving it, no questions asked, for a full refund or store credit.
  • Any items returned AFTER the 10 day period cannot be returned for a refund, but may be returned for a store credit.
  • Items may not be returned for any reason after 30 days.

Returning your order

  1. Please call us at 888-346-7525 and let us know you are returning the item and when you are shipping it.
  2. Be sure to include everything with your return. This includes the item, all original packaging, the appraisal, and diamond certificates (if applicable). PLEASE NOTE: Appraisals have a $180.00 replacement fee, EGL and GIA certificates have an additional $250.00 replacement fee.
  3. Ship the return to us via US Postal Service registered and insured mail with return receipt. We will not accept items shipped uninsured, COD, or via UPS or FedEx. For security, please do not write “jewelry” anywhere on the box. Use the following address for shipping:

  4. Once your return has been received it will be reviewed by our Return Department. If the item is in original condition and has been returned within the 10 day grace period, a refund or store credit will be issued.
    Items returned after the 10-day grace period will receive a store credit ONLY.
    No items will be accepted for return after 30 days.
    Items that have been damaged, resized, or altered in any way will NOT be accepted for return.
